Controller input and reports
Controller identifiers, button values, axis snapshots, and stillness samples are processed in your browser. We do not upload them, create public report URLs, or store them in a server-side controller history. Refreshing or closing the page clears the in-memory session.
A downloaded JSON file stays on your device and can include the browser-reported controller name. Printing uses your browser and chosen printer. You control any later sharing of these files.
Website delivery and private administration
Cloudflare delivers the website and can process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, and technical security data. Blog content and internal administrator records use Cloudflare storage. This storage does not hold your gamepad measurements.
Public tool visitors do not need an account. Internal administration uses an essential session cookie when an authorized administrator signs in. We do not provide public registration.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics 4 is the selected website analytics service. Where enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow analytics. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics consent does not stop controller testing. We do not include controller identifiers, raw inputs, or reports in analytics events.
Analytics is currently disabled. When enabled, your choice is saved in this browser, and you can reject or withdraw it using Privacy choices in the footer. Session replay and Microsoft Clarity are disabled.
Advertising
Advertising is currently disabled. Enabling advertising requires the appropriate review and consent configuration, with this policy updated to reflect the services actually used. Controller data is not shared for advertising.

If you contact support, your message and any attachments are used to respond to your request. Only send the information needed to describe the problem. Contact support@gamepad-tester.app with privacy questions.
