Vibration

Try a short vibration

Request one 250 ms pulse at a moderate strength. Browser and controller support vary.

Vibration is not available for the current connection. This does not mean the motor is faulty.

Local report

Keep your test results

Download the current readings and measurement conditions, or print a summary. The JSON includes the controller name your browser reports.

Your controller input and report stay in this browser. Refreshing clears the session; files you download stay on your device.

Using the test

Run the controller vibration test

Press a button to expose the controller to the browser, select the device, and use Test vibration. Each request is limited to 250 milliseconds at moderate strength.

After the command completes, check whether you physically felt the pulse. The browser can report that a command completed without confirming a motor response.

Why the vibration button may be unavailable

Gamepad vibration support varies by browser, device, operating system, and connection. Some controllers expose buttons and sticks without exposing a vibration command.

An unavailable button or an interrupted command does not establish a motor fault. Try reconnecting with a data-capable USB cable, close other controller tools, and try a current desktop browser. This page does not send firmware, light, adaptive-trigger, or calibration commands.
